Campus Interviews & Visitations
Set up a convenient time to interview select students on campus. Make arrangements to visit the students, be a guest speaker, and share information / opportunities relative to your industry. Or sponsor a field trip to your facility to enhance the students' understanding of your industry.

Career Fairs
Connect with potential employees through our YTI Career Fair where current students, graduates, and alumni attend. Career Fairs do take place at different times of the year, so contact us now to find out more!

Full-time / Part-time Employment Desired
The Career Services Department has dedicated employment coordinators for both Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities. Since our students attend class during the morning, afternoon, or evening, they have the flexibility to meet your employment needs.

Externships
Many of our programs require successful completion of an externship relating to the student's area of study. Students experience first hand the day-to-day operations of your business while applying skills they have developed throughout their career training process.

Entry-level / Experienced
Whether you desire entry-level or an individual with experience, the Career Service Department will do our best to provide possible candidates. Not only can our current students and recent graduates make use of our assistance, but alumni can as well.

Industry-Promoted Scholarships
Take the opportunity to reach out to your community. Partner with YTI to promote your business, recruit an employee, and sponsor their learning in the YTI program of your choice.

Program Advisory Boards
Enhance the career training of our students as an Advisory Board Member. Members offer their specific knowledge and expertise and keep YTI abreast of the current and future trends of an industry.
