Is Career Training Right for You? Take our Career Quiz

Time for a Career Change: Making the leap towards your new career

As we enter a new year, it's a great time to identify goals you may have put off in the previous year. Have you been interested in pursuing a new career, but felt hesitant to take that first step? Maybe you felt that you don't have the time in your busy schedule to head back to school? Now is a great time to stop waiting and make the move towards pursuing a career change.

Here are three reasons why now is the time to start your new career.

Get to work faster

Many of us simply don't have the time to attend a 2 or 4-year program with work and personal obligations. At schools like YTI Career Institute, programs can be completed in an accelerated format that focuses on the specialized skills needed for your chosen career change.

YTI Career Institute also offers flexibility with its programs, offering both day and night classes designed to fit any student's busy schedule.

Careers needed in your community

Career training provides students with the skills needed to succeed in the local workforce. Through our relationships with area employers, we identify where there is a need and put students on promising career paths for future success.

We are committed to making sure that students are prepared with the skills they need when they enter the workforce. While enrolled, students will learn from instructors who have years of relevant work experience in the field. In addition, our programs place an emphasis on practical learning through hands-on training in on-campus settings meant to replicate the workplace in preparation for your career change.

Support on your journey

When taking the leap towards pursuing a career change, it's important to know that you're not alone. Life's obstacles shouldn't be the reason holding you back from your education. Our Student Services Department can provide the tools to make your time at YTI Career Institute successful. The team can help you plan for child care, housing, and transportation among other services.
