SKILLS & EXPERIENCE SUMMARY |

Education: Degree or equivalent career experience
Experience: Three years customer service, retail, telemarketing, or restaurant work experience
Skills: Ability to work and succeed independently in a sales capacity with minimal supervision. Strong customer service and problem resolution abilities. Strong follow-up skills, ability to build positive relationships with students and parents. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good time management skills and excellent phone skills.

POSITION SUMMARY |

Primary Duties: To interview and enroll qualified students
Responsibilities:
- To contact and set appointments for prospective students
- To meet all established goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- To enroll qualified students to attend YTI Career Institute
- To schedule all required admissions meetings and events for prospective students within the proper time frame
- To conduct interviews with students and families
- Perform telephone follow-up throughout the recruitment year
- Attend school meetings and functions as requested
