YTI Career Institute provides this information to all students and employees in compliance with U.S. and State Departments of Education directives, including, but not limited to: the Jeanne Clery Act, Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act, and Sexual Violence Education at Institutions of Higher Education. This requires all post-secondary institutions participating in Title IV student financial assistance programs to disclose campus crime statistics and security information.
The purpose of this information is to help maintain a safe campus environment by increasing the awareness of crimes committed on the campus, safety and security practices in place, and prevention programs available.
