Learn how to prepare stocks, cuts of meat, poultry and seafood, assorted pastry products, world cuisines, how to utilize different cooking methods and how to work at various positions within a restaurant kitchen. Additionally, learn professional development skills, restaurant management and practice skills during a three month externship. » Visit program page

Learn how to make souffles, puff pastries, pies, tarts, cakes, cookies, ice creams, sorbets, chocolates and how to plate restaurant desserts. Also develop the skills to produce artisan-style yeast-raised breads from many different countries, regions and cultures.
