Chef Rob Poulton
Program Director, Culinary Arts/Restaurant Management
Chef Poulton is a graduate of Eastbourne Culinary Institute, Sussex, England with a City & Guilds Degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. Within his 37 years in the industry, he has owned and operated an English Pub and Eatery and several catering companies. Chef Poulton has been employed with YTI Career Institute since 1999.
