Chef Notter: "This skill (sugar work) has taken me all over the world teaching and training others. I love to share my excitement and enthusiasm for pastry. I've had so many opportunities to learn and gain knowledge that it's my responsibility to pass this on to others. We are all blessed with talents, I have been very lucky to have found my calling early in life. Now after 30 years, I am in a position at YTI to mold and shape the Pastry Arts program using my expertise to create an amazing pastry program that offers a strong industry based foundation for our students."
